This petition has been filed for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds in the Highways Department in a suitable post based on her educational qualification by considering her representation dated 29.07.2023.
2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has submitted a letter dated 18.12.2024 to the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect.
