This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct further investigation in Crime No.1601 of 2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent based on the complaint dated 28.09.2022 given by the petitioner, in accordance with the law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petitioner, the third respondent is directed to conduct investigation in Crime No.1601 of 2020, complete the same and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
