The petitioner seeks for a direction respondents 1 to 3 to forthwith execute the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 16.05.2025 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirpuattur in S.T.C.No.970 of 2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, submitted that though efforts have been made to execute NBW, they will execute the NBW within a period of three weeks.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the materials placed on record.
4. Such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant without any further delay and produce the accused before the concerned Court. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
