ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the Accused A1 to A4 in Crl.O.P No. 30593 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the respondents 2 to 5 on certain conditions but till date they have not complied with the conditions including that they have not furnished sureties. Besides, they threatened the petitioner after availing order of bail. Hence, he prays to cancel the bail granted to the respondents 2 to 5.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) admits that the respondents 2 to 5 have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court. Despite service of notice none appeared for the respondents 2 to 5.

4. The fact that, the respondents 2 to 5 have not complied with conditions imposed by this court in Crl.O.P No. 30593 of 2024, dated 13.12.2024 shows that they are not ready to cooperate for the investigation. Hence, the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 3 to 5 in Crl.O.P No. 30593 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 is hereby cancelled. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
