This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15551 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18058 of 2023 dated 27.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once, ie., on every working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
