This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 620 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal against the order dated 02.11.2023 made in M.C.O.P.No.401 of 2021 on the file of the MACT Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

It is made clear that the petitioners/appellants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 620 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
