C.M.P.No.27563 of 2023 C.M.P.Nos.27563, 27568 & 27569 of 2023 in S.A.No.999 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., It is informed by the learned counsel for the first respondent that though he had reported the death of the 7th respondent, no steps were taken by the learned counsel for the appellant to bring the legal heirs of the 7th respondent. Therefore, he had taken out an application to bring the legal heirs of the 7th respondent and the same is yet to be numbered. 2.

Meanwhile, notice sent to the 12th respondent has been "refused" by the addressee, therefore, there is a deemed service on the 12th respondent.

Notice to the 11th respondent has been served on her on 27.01.2024 and she is the guardian of the 13th respondent. The other respondents who have been served have entered appearance through their counsel have no serious objection in allowing these petitions. 4.

Accordingly, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment. Post the matter for arguments on 04.03.2024.
