This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court order dated 25.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8187 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and eight weeks time is extended to the petitioner to complete the investigation and file a final report, as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
