O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report relating to the Crime No.152 of 2012 dated 04.04.2012 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Melpadi Police Station, Vellore District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation, the matter was referred as "mistaken of fact" and to that effect a final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi on 06.04.2012. He further submitted that before filing the said report, a notice was served on the petitioner/defacto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant has not received any notice with regard to filing of final report, hence, he requests to serve notice to the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
