This Petition has been filed to discharge the guardianship and declare Aravind, the 6th Respondent as major in the above First Appeal.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the causetitle and post the matter after three weeks.
