CMP No.26867 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner/appellant/Insurance Company seeking to condone the delay of 109 days in representing the above Appeal.

2. CMP No.26868 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner/appellant/Insurer seeking to condone the delay of 144 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.20,330/- in the above Appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 109 days in representing the above appeal as well as the delay of 144 days in paying the deficit court fee are condoned.

5. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
