The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.6 of 2024 in I.A.No.4 of 2021 in O.S.No.515 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 25.11.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long she requires to dispose of I.A.No.6 of 2024 in I.A.No.4 of 2021 in O.S.No.515 of 2021.
3. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet has submitted a report stating that the defendant has filed I.A.No.6 of 2024 to vacate the exparte interim injunction and the same is pending for enquiry on 19.12.2024.
4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of I.A.No.6 of 2024 in I.A.No.4 of 2021 in 2/4
O.S.No.515 of 2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
