ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to produce the petitioner's husband, MR.M.Ambedkar, son of Mani, Male, aged about 45 years. 2.The detenu is present along with his learned counsel. We have examined the parties. The marriage between the petitioner and the detenu was solemnised in
a temple in the presence of the relatives of the petitioner. However, the detenu now states that he is not interested in resuming the matrimonial home. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Court of law for the purpose of resolving the matrimonial dispute. However, the detenue is not under illegal detention.
