Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for Notice in No. Deptt. : HO : HR : 112 : 2017 dated 10.11.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent which excludes the OBC employees recruited prior to 08.09.1993 from exercising Letter of Authorization in the Check-off Exercise 2017 and quash the same as arbitrary, unreasonable and permit all OBC employees of the petitioner Federation to participate in the check off exercise to be held on 29.11.2017 or thereafter.

This writ petition has been listed under the caption "for withdrawal" on the basis of the letter dated 21.10.2019 given by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registry. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
