2. Heard Mr.J.Manikandan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing on either side equally asserted that the dispute has come to a mutually acceptable conclusion and a compromise memo duly signed by the parties has been filed to that effect.

4. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is closed, as settled of Court. Compromise memo filed before this Court shall form part of the records. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
