ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 12.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has made an appeal before the 1st respondent to remove the entries made in the patta in respect of the land admeasuring to an extent of 1.37 Acres of the Mangalam village, Tiruppur taluk, Tiruppur North, Tiruppur District.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the petitioner's appeal dated 12.08.2022 will be disposed of by the 1st respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 12.08.2022 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
