This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 113 days in representing the CMP.SR.No.29622 of 2017 in CMA.No.3228 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the papers were misplaced in the office and it mingled with some other bundles and hence, there is a delay of 113 days in representing the above petition.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is Ordered and the delay is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the CMP and post the CMA for final disposal on 23.02.2022.
