CMP No. 19031 of 2017 in C.R.P No.2320 of 2015 V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN,J.

The office has put up a note in the list that CMP No.19031 of 2017 is not available on the file. It is only an application to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent. The copy of the application given by Ms.G.Sumitra is taken on record in the powers of reconstruction as given to the Court under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure. Hence, CMP No.19031 of 2017 is reconstructed.

2. The 1st respondent has passed away on 02.06.2017. One of his sons is already on record as the 2nd respondent. Hence, there is no question of any abatement. By way of an abundant caution, Ms.G.Sumitra filed a petition to bring on record the other legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.

3. C.M.P No.19031 is ordered as prayed for.

4. Ms.G.Sumitra shall take private notice on the newly impleaded respondents 4 to 6 returnable by 19.06.2025.

5. Post on 19.06.2025.
