The present writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo issued by the fourth respondent, in a proceeding dated 16.09.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the departmental disciplinary proceedings were concluded and the final order in the departmental disciplinary proceedings was issued on 24.08.2020. Thus, the cause does not exist as of now.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
