[Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] The petition has been filed with a delay of 15 days in preferring the above appeal.

2. Notice has been duly served on the respondent. An Affidavit of Service (AOS), along with a tracking report from the postal department, has been filed, indicating that the respondent was served with private notice on 26.09.2025. However, when the matter was called today, there was no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3. Considering the nature of the appeal and the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit explaining the delay of 15 days in filing the appeal, this Court is satisfied that the delay is neither wanton nor willful.

4. Accordingly, the delay of 15 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.
