O R D E R

(Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the mortal remains of the petitioner's husband/detenu late Selvaraj, son of Ramasamy from Saudi Arabia, Riyadh to India.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the mortal remains of late Selvaraj have already been dispatched to India on 14.01.2020.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the mortal remains of the detenu late Selvaraj, who died on 08.10.2019, were received by the petitioner.

4.In view of the present status, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Recording the submission made by both sides, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
