This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25096 of 2023 order dated 02.11.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in every week for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
