ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed seeking early disposal of final decree petition filed by the petitioner in I.A.No.190 of 2017 in a partition suit in O.S.No.99 of 1971 on the file of Sub Court, Arani. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the final decree proceeding, an Advocate Commissioner has been appointed, however, he has not filed his report so far.

3.Taking into consideration the original suit is of the year 1971 and the final decree proceeding was initiated as early as in 2017, this court is inclined to direct the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.190 of 2017 as 2/4

expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
