Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to issue separate patta in favour of the Petitioner to his property comprised in Survey No. 7/1 at measuring to an extent of 0.62 cent situated at Ammani, Pukkampatti Village, Salem District by point out the boundaries and subsequently directing the Second Respondent to provide necessary police protection at the time of surveying the Petitioner's above said property in pursuant of the Petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2019.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, submits that the representation dated 16.11.2019 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order No. Na. Ka. 128/2020(B5) dated 31.01.2020 passed by the First Respondent and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
