This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.09.2019, made by the petitioner and to sanction his pension.
2. The petitioner claims to have been joined in the second respondent Panchayat Union as Office Assistant in the year 1985. The petitioner is allowed to retire from service on 31.05.2018 and he has also relived from the duty. According to the petitioner, his pension has not been sanctioned till date and therefore, he has made a representation to the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on 19.09.2019 seeking for sanction of pension. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court.
3.Heard Mr.V.M.Venkataramana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr.D.Balasubramanian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 19.09.2019 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the first respondent along with copy of the representation dated 19.09.2019 and also a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
