ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to complete the enquiry and to file charge sheet in Crime No.372 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC, within a short time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu through e-filing.
