The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioners 2 to 5 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m by order dated 15.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24656 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is still pending. 3.Therefore,the condition imposed that the petitioners 2 to 5 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m is modified to the effect that the petitioners 2 to 5 shall appear before respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
