3.Mr.C.E.Pratap, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondent police and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.
4.With a view to give opportunity to the petitioner and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petitions are ordered.
