This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in crime No. 107 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons have created fake certificates of the Annamalai University and other University and seal, as if they are studying in the Annamalai University. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

5. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is having four previous cases. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
