This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25447 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, ie., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
