The petitioner/A5 in Crime No.227 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 506(ii) IPC, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.There are totally 15 accused. It is stated that all of them had chased the de facto complainant threatening to kill him. But, very fortunately he managed to escape. The reason for the same is previous motive. The brother of A3 had been earlier murdered. The accused therein were complying with the conditions of bail and at that particular point of time, this incident happened. It is stated that most of the accused had been secured and this petitioner is still to be secured. There are also three previous cases against the petitioner herein. In view of these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Petition stands dismissed.
