When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.Abudu Kumar Rajarathanam, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have approached the Hon'ble Apex Court. The Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP (Crl) No.16079 of 2024 has stayed further proceedings pursuant to FIR/Crime No.113 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, EDF-II Beta III, Vepery, Chennai - 07. Since the matter has been stayed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, there is no apprehension of arrest. The respondent Police issued notice to the petitioners for enquiry and the petitioners have also appeared for enquiry and submitted all the records.

In view of the above, this petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to restore if necessary.
