Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to cancel the patta issued in favour of respondents 5 to 8 subsequently direct the 1 to 4 respondents to removing the encroachment put forth by the respondent 5 to 8 in survey No.261/2 261/3 town survey license No.LP/R (CPN) 278/87 in Veera Keralam Panchayat Coimbatore City to an extend of 45 cent pursuant to the petitioner representation dated 31.10.2017.
