This petition has been filed to modify the condition that imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20391 of 2023 dated 17.10.2023 that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.304 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate Court within a period of 2 weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready on such terms and conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the credit of Crime No.304 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate Court on or before 05.01.2024, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this court.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
