The Contempt Petition has been instituted under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act 1971, seeking to punish the Respondent for wilfully disobeying the Order passed in Crl. M.P. No. 8565 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that on 13.08.2024, the subject property has been deposited before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur. 3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this case. Consequently, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
