This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation on the ground that the First Information Report in Crime No.43 of 2018 was registered in the year 2018 and till date, the investigation was not completed and final report was not filed whereas in the counter complaint, investigation was completed and final report was also filed.
2. Heard Mr.M.Soundar Vijay Arul Ram, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.43 of 2018 was completed and charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Madhurantakam and it was taken on file in C.C.No.254 of 2023 and the case is posted for service of summon on the accused person on 03.02.2024.
Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition 2/4
is disposed of.
