ORDER

This company application has been filed seeking the following prayer: (i) To take this report on record.

(ii) To permit the Official Liquidator to accept the lowest quotation received from M/s.Beema Groups and to issue the work order to M/s.Beema Groups, JCB operator, Gummidipoondi.

2. Ms.B.Ambili, learned Deputy Official Liquidator for the applicant has filed a report and stated that the Office of the Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras has addressed a letter to Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiurvallur to accord necessary permission to remove the bushes, trees etc., which are grown up from the landed property of the Company in liquidation at Peruvoyal Village, Gummidipoondi. Thereafter, the Office of the Official Liquidator received the lowest quotation from M/s.Beema Groups. Therefore, seeks permission of this Court to issue the work order to M/s.Beema Groups, JCB operator, Gummidipoondi.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Deputy Official Liquidator and upon perusing the report of the Official Liquidator, this Court is inclined to allow the application as prayed for.
