The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to pass fresh orders in TIN 33234062713/2014-15 dated 10.05.2019 by considering the rectification petition filed by the petitioner under Section 84 of TNVAT Act on 14.11.2019 after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
