The above application has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator seeking permission to publish notice in Block Letters / Bold Letters to contributories to prove the claim / extent of interest held by the contributories in the subject company in liquidation in the prescribed form in the newspapers, one issue in English Daily "The New Indian Express" (all India Edition) and one issue in Tamil Daily "Malai Malar" (Tamil Nadu Edition) and to incur the advertisement expenses from and out of the funds of the company in liquidation. 2.

The learned Official Liquidator would submit that all the creditors have been settled and what remains is only distribution to the contributories, for which purpose, this application has to be allowed. 3.
