ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that, pursuant to the order of this court, dated 09.01.2020, passed in W.P.No.32421 of 2017, the department has issued order, dated 03.07.2024, to the effect that the respondent will be appointed as Grade II Police Constable for the year 2017, subject to fresh police verification an medical examination and he will be sent for training along with the next batch of candidates. The above order dated 03.07.2024 is also produced before this Court.
