This petition has been filed to set aside the modification order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7699 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023 in S.C.No.252 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal District and Session Judge, Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)

3. While granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the learned Principal District and Session Judge, Cuddalore in Crl.M.P.No.5315 of 2022 granted bail to the petitioner with the following conditions: the petitioner/accused is ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore and further he is directed to appear before the concerned Trial Cout daily at 10.30.a.m., for 1 month.

Aggrieved by the said condition, petitioner filed modification petition in Crl.M.P.No.7699 of 2023 and the same was dismissed on 20.010.2023. 2/4

Against the said dismissal, present petition is filed.

4. This Court finds no reason to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5315 of 2022 dated 07.09.2024.
