2. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners.

3. M/s.G.Bala and Daisy, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent.

4. Since there is a huge delay, this petition is ordered on terms to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the respondent through his counsel within a period of two weeks from today, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
