Instant application has been filed with the following prayer: 'Why this Hon'ble Court be not pleased to transpose the 3rd respondent/3rd plaintiff herein as the 3rd defendant in the above suit and thus render justice?'

2. Counsel for respondents do not oppose the prayer.

3. The prayer is innocuous, but it is also imperative in the light of the stand taken by the third plaintiff, who is now sought to be transposed as third defendant.

4. In the light of the aforesaid narrative, instant application is ordered as prayed for. Plaintiffs to carry out necessary and consequential amendments within one week from today i.e., by 29.01.2020 and serve amended copies of plaint i.e., in T.O.S.2 of 2012 on all concerned by 31.01.2020.
