(2D) No.196, Revenue and Disaster Management Department dated 21.06.2023 and to complete it expeditiously by passing a final order, within a time limit that may be specified by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the respondents, to commence the disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the issuance of G.O. (2D) No.196, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, dated 21.06.2023 and to complete it expeditiously by passing a final order, within a time limit that may be specified by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the enquiry has been completed and final order has been passed and thereby, nothing survives in this writ petition. 3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, the respondents are at liberty to pass appropriate orders at the earliest. No costs.
