This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct the selection matches to represent the State of Tamil Nadu in the 68th SGFI (School Games Federation of India 2024-25) under 19 Tennis Tournament at Jharkhand afresh by following the terms and conditions made in the notification dated 21.08.2024 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
