Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, Directing to the 2nd respondent to include petitioners name in the joint patta for the land in S.No. 73/ 7 to an extent of 2 cents situated at keezhapeambalur Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District and issue fresh patta in favor of the petitioner by considering the application of the petitioner dated 22.01.2022.

O R D E R
The Writ Petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "Directing to the 2nd respondent to include petitioners name in the joint patta for the land in S.No. 73/ 7 to an extent of 2 cents situated at keezhapeambalur Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District and issue fresh patta in favor of the petitioner by considering the application of the petitioner dated 22.01.2022."
2. The petitioner would submit that she had purchased 30 cents in S.No.73/6 and 2 cents in S.No.73/7 totally 32 cents in Keezhaperambalur Village. Out of this 32 cents, she had sold 30 cents to his younger son M.R.Elavarasan and patta was mutated in his name. However, in the year 2020, when the petitioner had downloaded the computerised patta for the land in S.No.73/7, the petitioner's name was left out and the names of other persons were included in the joint patta. Therefore, an application was made on 10.02.2020 to include 2/5
her name in the joint patta in respect of the land in S.No.73/7 to an extent of 2 cents. However, the same was not considered and was kept in cold storage by the authorities.
3. The petitioner would submit that she thereafter made an application to the 1st respondent who forwarded the same to the 2nd respondent on 27.10.2020. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings dated 09.11.2020 directed the petitioner to appear before him with the relevant records. The same was also done but however the petitioner has not been issued with a joint patta. Thereafter, the petitioner had submitted an online application on 22.01.2022 for the transfer of patta. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents to date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Heard the counsels on either side.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2022 has not been considered to date, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2022 and issue a fresh joint 3/5
patta in favour of the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
