ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to forbear the respondents from laying road on the petitioner's patta land comprised in S.F.No 56/5 and 56/8 at Kaniyamoor village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 16.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the respondents herein are taking hectic steps to lay tar road on the petitioner's patta land, the petitioner herein made a detailed representation to the respondents on 16.11.2024 by making his objection to lay road on the petitioner's patta land.

3. In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2024 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of two weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2024 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons concerned. .
