Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated on 11.11.2024 and directing the respondents to measuring and surveying and demarcate in the petitioner property metes and bounds and fixing Boundary stone at Village No. 22, Punnai Village, nemili, Ranipet vide old Survey No 286/ Part, New No 286/54 and Patta No 356 dated 06.10.2022 extent 069 Sq.ft empty land. 1/5

O R D E R

The above Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated on 11.11.2024 and directing the respondents to measuring and surveying and demarcate in the petitioner property metes and bounds and fixing Boundary stone at Village No. 22, Punnai Village, Nemili, Ranipet vide old Survey No 286/ Part, New No 286/54 and Patta No 356 dated 06.10.2022 extent 069 Sq.ft empty land.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite making a representation on 11.11.2024, the respondents have not taken any steps to survey the land in question.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP accepting notice for respondents 1 & 2.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024 has not been considered to date, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's 2/5

representation and conduct survey of the subject property. The petitioner shall submit all the relevant records to show his title to the property and the respondents shall, after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and interested parties, hold an enquiry and thereafter, proceed to pass orders either surveying and subdividing the property or rejecting the request. In the case of a rejection, a speaking order shall be passed. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
