C.M.P.No.1134 of 2024 in W.A.No.3701 of 2019 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE and P.B. BALAJI, J.

This petition is filed to modify the order dated 25.07.2023 made in W.A.No.3701 of 2019 by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to repay the total amount of Rs.13,44,550/- instead of Rs.10.10,400/- with compound interest @ 9 percent per annum (i.e interest from April 2007 for payment of Rs.10,10,400/- and interest from 19.07.2013 for Rs.3,34,150/-).

It is brought to the notice of this court that the aforesaid amount has been refunded.

Therefore, there is no warrants to interfere with the earlier order passed in the writ appeal. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
