ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that there was some typographical error in the order dated 15.10.2025 and seeks modification. Hence, the Paragraph No.2 is replaced as follows: 2.

The petitioner herein is the accused in S.C.No.247 of 2018 on the file of the learned III Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. He was found guilty of the offences under Section 451(2), 394 r/w 397 of IPC/BNS. and he has been convicted and sentenced as under:

to undergo one year simple imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- in default to undergo simple imprisonment for one year.

Section 394 r/w 397 of IPC To undergo seven years simple imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/-, in default to undergo simple imprisonment for one year.

Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner had filed this Criminal Revision Case and consequently, he filed the present miscellaneous petition.

3. Registry is directed to make out the necessary correction in the order copy and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.
